the process was fairly easy it was not laid back somewhat relaxed and very professionait seems to take a long time but considering Tucson they were getting ready for the busy time of the year winter is our busy time as we have plenty of snow birds to come enjoy wintersl

Kind of Intimidating since it was the HR person and not the Chef that did the interview. That is very unprofessional in my opinion since I was going to work with him on a daily basis. You would think if you are going to work with someone on a daily basis you would be kind enough to do the interview or at least send a sous chef to do it....
