Filled out an application. Went and had an initial interview with HR then a follow up interview with my manager. After that interview I met my immediate supervisors and some members of the crew. I was put to work a few days after that.

Phone call to go over the role and not many questions asked. They asked if I worked a hotel before and if I visited their specific hotel before. It was very brief and then I setup a time to meet them in person to get a tour of the banquet facility
