Process was fairly quick. My manager knew what she was looking for. She was upfront on the first phone call regarding hours, pay rate, expectations. Interview was long and semi-difficult because they expect "stories" with a problem, solution, and outcome (which I was also informed of before I went in.) I was interviewed by my direct manager, the AGM and HR. They called that night and offered a second interview with the GM. Was offered the job directly following that interview.
