It was very surprising how fast the interview process was I applied two days prior and got a phone interview pretty quick! They were very nice and asked awesome questions that didn’t make me feel too nervous.

Moderate. they asked about past experience and why i wanted to join marriott. Just one telephonic round of interview. They ask about previous work experiences and reason for switch. Asked about my strengths and weakness. Tell me something about yourself. Goal after 5 and 10 years

Two interviews with talking about experience and how to approach different situations. It felt pretty easy and nothing too hard. Just feel confident and know what you are talking about. That is what they are mainly looking for that you aren't too shy and can be very helpful for their guests.
