There is a first screening to understand and learn about the applicant.
Afterwards, there will be a few emails that will follow-up to different interviews with different members of the organization (GM, Director HR, HR International, to name a few examples)
If you qualify, you will be given a 3 month trial period normally.

Above property recruiter phone call, then went in for an interview where they asked 6 behavioral interview questions with the hiring manager. Met with some of the other leaders briefly as well, offer came a few days later

The company uses the STAR Method: Situation/ Task, Action, and Results. It is best to have 3-5 examples already prepared to set you up for success. You would have a minimum of 2 interviews before getting a call from the recruiter.
