Brief, friendly and made you feel at ease. It felt quite laid back and was held in the bar of the hotel, a bit unnerving because it was around hotel guests but after a while I didn't notice them. General attitude to work questions, and a few situational questions. They also asked a lot of questions about my experience, or how my previous work would have given me the correct values. Not many questions on the Marriott brand itself.

Entretien
Informal phone interview surrounding why the work suited me, availability, my experience and any queries. This was then followed up by a formal interview with the manager and HR Assistant.

Oriented around previous encounters from you work experience and how you dealt or reacted to certain instances.
Some questions included:
Had you ever encountered a colleague who was in a sad mood and how did you deal with the situation?
Have you ever been given work you were not confident in carrying out? example
Have you ever had to work overtime? give an example.
