The STAR interview method is utilized. I recommend preparation. For a manager-level position expect to interview with both the reporting director, the HR Director, and possibly the GM. The HR / GM interview was combined for me and had some STAR questions as well as some open-ended standard interview questions. I was given a tour of the hotel.

Miscommunication between hiring manager and recruiter which led me to getting different answers. This ended with confusion from my side and did not help build trust during the interview process.
