I was really impressed with the whole process. They posted the position online & called me in for the first interview. They asked me pretty standard questions, & at the end of the interview asked me to come for the second interview. They definitely want experience in customer service , & want to know what your future goals are. They are very positive about future growth with the company.

It was a pretty quick and straightforward process. I applied online, and I had an interview a week later. I went to the interview, did my background check, and a week later I got hired and started my onboarding process.

An application and online assessment, via the marrriott website. After this you set up an in-person interview on site.
However, it is an incredibly unprofessional and disorganized set up. Interviews typically happen after the scheduled time or are cancelled last minute. Very little appropriate introduction to the company's expectations for the role.

Entretien
Very smooth and easy process from start to finish. They asked basic interview questions then situational questions. My first interview was with HR then the Front Office Team, then the General Manager.
