J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marriott International (Hyde Park, NY) en févr. 2019
Entretien
First interviewed for the position at my college career fair and was pretty convinced by the employer that he’d love to have me on board. Got to the second round, aka the HireVue recorded interview and waited for confirmation if I made it to the next round of interviews or not. 3 weeks go by and I hear nothing from them so I email him asking about it and someone else gets back to me saying they never got my HireVue recorded interview. I have no clue how they never got it because I even got a confirmation email that it was completed and the link said it was under review. I was also told that the position had been filled by then and was very disappointed by the company’s mistake. Then the recruiter asks me to submit my HireVue interview AGAIN. I waited a week and made it to the final interview. It took over 3 weeks to hear back from them only to get rejected. This was a 2 month process and I am and never will want to work for this company ever in my life after going through this horrible interview process.
