At first I was interviewed by telephone and then in two days there was a real interview with Assistant of FO Manager and a girl from HR department. Million of behavior questions for which I was prepared thanks to this site :) The day before I had remembered some proper situations from my previous work experience, so it was not a problem.

Entretien
The interview process was short and only took a few days. I met with the AGM and they asked me about five questions. The questions were STAR based so make sure you have specific work/ school situations that you can describe

Couple of Zoom calls. The process was a conversation and I felt they valued that I was able to build a connection with the person. The process wasn't that formal so there is plenty of room for that.

Entretien
A bit too long considering that it was for a NMW paid position. First, the applicant is asked to complete an online personality test, after there is a panel interview with the HOD and another management member.

Mainly behavioral questions. The interview lasted roughly an hour and it was mainly the managers asking how i would react in certain scenarios, how to solve certain problems, explain scenarios where I demonstrated good customer service, team working and time management skills.
