First interview was at my university, where they mostly got to know me, some STAR format questions, and my work ethic. I received my online assessment the next day and completed quickly. I then received the invitation to go to the final interview event, where they covered all the travel expenses. It was a two-day event and the second day, there were area managers who conducted the interview. The questions were all STAR format and I found out the news within two days. It is a very quick-paced, three step process.

It was very quick. I was interviewed in person with two HR managers at the final interview event in Texas. They asked 3 STAR questions and two additional questions.

Quick Interview Process - I first had a phone interview then a video interview. I passed through both rounds and flew out to San Diego for the final round. I was disappointed to find out the interviews were the 2nd round, so most of the positions had already been filled.
