I applied online. I got invited for a phone interview. The interviewer was very pleasant and bubbly. The interview lasted around 35 - 45 minutes. She asked around 5 behavioural questions. I then moved on to the next step, which was completing an online assessment - basically just questions to know more about your personality. I am now waiting to hear back.
