I already had my 1st interview after that process the Front Desk Supervisor ask me to come in for my 2nd the same day. Once I meet with the General Manager they would see who's fit for this position. If I'm qualified they would call me in to complete the hiring process.

It was an easy process where I got to interview with the the front office manager and an associate manager. They mostly asked me questions about my previous experience and some behavioral type questions. Prepare to answer questions using the STAR method.

Easy interview, hired on the spot. Basic interview questions and going over experience. Usually no experience is needed. Drug test and background check is required for employment. Results took a long 3 weeks to come back but I got the job..

I talked with assistant manager for an hour in the lobby. It was relaxed and enjoyable. I have a second interview this week. He told me that he is looking for someone like me: calm, cheerful, welcoming!
