Interviewed through a college recruiter at a career fair on campus. The interview process was fairly easy, was about 30 minutes. The interviewer asked basic interview questions, STAR questions. Nothing too difficult. Heard back from the recruiter about a week after the interview and was told I got the position.

I applied online and then went to an info session at my school. Everyone at the info session got an interview. They asked a lot of STAR behavior questions and why you chose Marriott.
