Very easy. They’ll HR will interview you first, then the Front Desk Managers. In my experience 3 people interviewed me in one day. First the HR, then the Front Desk Manager and Assistant Manager. They’ll just ask you if you can handle the job requirements (doing both front desk and f&b on some occassions if they don’t have PTs available) because it can be an extremely taxing job.
