I went through two rounds of interviews, meeting with 6 people total including every level of the company up to and including the CEO. Every conversation was engaging and friendly. I was presented with a general outline of the processing flow and a couple scenarios with questions. The interview with the CEO was a surprise, and a well received one at that. Very good cultural focus from him, and showed that he cares about Marqeta's culture more than the average startup entrepreneur.

The interview process was quite straight forward. 1 HR call, 30 min Hiring Manager interview(Semi - Technical), 45 min Technical interview with Team leads and 1 hour Behavioral interview with one of the managers.
