J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Marlee (Fingerprint For Success) en août 2022
Entretien
I signed up for the Copywriter position using Glassdoor. I got an email from the company to take a couple of online tests on their platform (with "coach Marlee"). The tests are designed to get to know what type of worker you are as well as as your goals.
Once you do the tests, the platform will recommend their courses to help achieve your goals. Any link or button regarding employment or my application was nowhere to be found.
This situation led me to believe there weren't any positions to be filled and the company is using job platforms to reel people in and get information regarding working habits. They have infographics about worker profiles in different countries and the like.
Unless you get contacted by a real person, I wouldn't recommend applying to the company.

The original posting I found on LinkedIn was misleading in their wording - originally their posting made it appear this was a long-term, fully employed, W2 type of role. Unfortunately it was all freelance and the hiring process was horrible. It took over 7 months to be considered and then it didn't even work out.

As far as I can tell, there is no real copywriter role with the company. It's just a series of quizzes for their coaching services. It's frustrating and a complete waste of time.
