They were hiring to work for a third party.This fact was hidden,though I had asked about it while I got their call for the first time.Next there was a telephonic round.It was handled by quite inexperienced juniors.Then F2F was scheduled,I was told that this is "Final Discussion".Interview started 1 Hr late.Same inexperienced people who had taken telephonic interview were the interviewers for this round also.They were quite inefficient even in framing questions.Final Discussion became an "unbounded discussion" as the manager round was scheduled as Telephonic discussion for the next day.F2F HR round the day after that.During Manager round,it was revealed that after clearing client interview ,they will put us on training.Performance evaluation after training,again work,again evaluation.If client is satiisfied,work with marlabs.Again they are not sure how it will work out.
Candidates have to face lot of hassles during interview process and after that for a not so sure/secure job.Job surety attained only after 1 year.These facts could have been informed earlier,so that the candidates who are really interested in this position could attend the interview.

Processo seletivo em 3 etapas:
1) Teste técnico ou case (a depender da vaga);
2) Entrevista no RH;
3) Entrevista com o time do projeto (esta etapa pode conter de 1 a até 3 entrevistas, dependendo do projeto)
Teste tecnico foi um formulario com várias perguntas de múltipla escolha para se responder em 45min.
