Interview with the Regional Director and Operations Manager. Sat down with both people and basically had a behavioral based interview. Laid back and no pressure. There was an opportunity to ask questions which was great as I was not clear on how Target and MarketSource partnership worked.

A few different levels to the process at marketsource recruiter RM interview Director Interview Final interview could take about a month over all to get the answer. then once in youre traveling with a whole bunch of DMS and learning how to do the job
They really wanted me to believe in the potential of their company. I could tell and should have taken it as a hint that they had a high turnover rate.
I was contacted by a regional head and requested to interview.
Communication was slow to say the least.
I had interviewed with the Regional Manager - who contacted me for a second interview almost two weeks later.
From there I was scheduled for an interview with the area VP.

"what would you do with this situation"
Most of the interview was spent explaining how different their retail model is.
