I spoke to a recruiter about 2 weeks after submitting an application. The recruiter did a phone screening asking basic questions about myself. About a week later I had a video interview with two hiring managers. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional.

Basic computer skills test with word and excel, short phone interview with HR rep, and 1 in person interview with two associates who told me about the job and asked basic job interview questions.
