Two interviews. The first is a phone screen going over the responsibilities of the position, your interest, and your resume. The second is in-person with the branch manager and one of the underwriters. They go over the position in more detail and ask behavioral questions. No room for career advancement. Was described as a "flat company" during the in-person interview. Not the most professional bunch. In-person interviewers were disinterested and just read questions off a script. You won't hear back if you don't get the position even though they say you will be contacted.
