Applied online, got a random email asking about some experience I've had and then brought in for an in-person interview. The interview in person went really well the follow up was AWFUL. It has been over two weeks and I still haven't heard anything after countless follow ups. But, don't worry they had time to repost the job listing, but not send a follow up email.
