The interview process at Mapon was a very positive experience overall. The process was well structured, clear, and moved efficiently through each stage. Although it was my first time completing a recorded interview, I found it to be a useful format that allowed me to present my answers in a structured way.
The team was very friendly and professional throughout the process. Both the hiring manager and HR were approachable, easy to talk to, and created a relaxed interview environment. Communication was prompt and transparent at every stage, which made the process smooth and straightforward.

Pre-recorded interview (Testlify) – Selected candidates will be invited to complete a pre-recorded interview via Testlify (in video format)to answer questions and test language knowledge, allowing you to answer at a time that suits you best.
Video interview – interview with the Hiring Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner (up to 60min) to discuss your background in-depth and learn more about the role.
Final video interview - interview with International HR Manager to discuss final points and role fit.
