Big drama. First telephonic interview by HR. Then I was selected and again called up for operations interview. I gave it and got selected. Post that an 3 hours observation at thr Ghatkopar mall store and a presentation related to my observation. Did everything. HR informed me I am selected but I need to meet up HR for a formality. I was surprised but still I spent my valuable time and met the HR. She mentioned she knows my regional manager etc. I worked with my regional manager for a year so I know the actual fact. I was aware she will follow up with her friend and there will be a false feedback about me. It actually happened. I don't care as I am not going to work. I own my training center and few more businesses.
