Interviews here last approximately one hour. I have interviewed for this position a couple of times. The interviewer has a list of questions, which tend to be typical interview themes. The interviewer barely listens and shows little interest in the candidate. The interview process appears completely superfluous. They decide on the candidate long before the interview occurs.
