Standard fare. Interviewed via Skype due to logistics. Had interview with HR, Disrict Manager, and Loss Prevention. Since I had lots of previous experience I was quizzed more on my management style and skills than my customer service ability. The process is not difficult, and the speed of processing will depend on how badly they need to fill the position.

Questions are the norm. Name a time when, A situation when, How did you handle it, what would you do if. All concerned with customer service and ethics. Assessment test on computer during application is lengthy and must be finished prior to app being accepted.
