Entretien
There were two interviews, not counting the initial chat with their talent person (who reached out to me on LinkedIn): the first was with two engineers within Kasna, and the second was with the Head of Consulting in Kasna and a People & Culture rep from the parent company, Mantel Group. The first interview was the technical one, and it was so pleasant and insightful. The thing I came away with (and I've had someone else say the same thing) is that they were very good at accurately placing my experience in the mid to senior range. Most other work places tried to put me as a junior, which I didn't at all agree with. I think the people who interviewed me were really great at ascertaining my actual experience without throwing trick questions at me. The second interview was the culture interview - this is usually to make sure that people fit the right mindset, e.g. growth and coach-ability, rather than someone who is closed minded and doesn't accept feedback. Feedback is a *huge* component at this company.

First Step is HR phone call, Second is technical head telephone call, Then after you will received the technical challenge to solve the problem. Once technical challenge solve then based on that they will conduct technical interview and last is formal interview with CEO.
