Met with delegates from HR, the business, technical leadership, and the Dev team. My interview was preceded by a phone screening. The interview was delightful and softball by most standards. The technical interviw was heavily focused on high school type questions which were easy. Unfortunately they wanted instant answers and as I worked through they were answering their own questions... I felt rushed and sad I couldn't demonstrate my technical prowess. White board coding felt ineffective and insulting, the time pressure felt insulting.
