First interview was with the HR Officer, from Everest Academy. They are very friendly, kind, and considerate from the get-go. They ask basic questions, look through your resume, and ask about values. Next is the interview with your immediate supervisor. They tell you more about the role and ask for your experience with this. It's very personal since the company is values-based.
