J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mango (München, Bavaria) en févr. 2021
Entretien
Mango has great products, but the situation within the company is for the red flag. The lack of staff is compensated by the exploitation of current employees, and the decision does not come directly from the shareholder, but it is more an arbitrary decision of management, to present themselves as highly effective and economical. The people I talked to are mostly dissatisfied. My experience was semi pleasant. They needed someone, but they still decided on internal employment and , so they moved to the a man who worked on stacking goods to the position of visual merchandiser, and filled his job with a mini job workers.

Question 1
What they have emphasized several times is that you have to be ready to travel (not only in the description of your position) but also to make up for the lack of workers. If that means a trip to North Germany, you are expected to accept, even though your position is all the way south. The salary was below any average for the position of visual merchandiser.
J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 6 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Mango (Leicester, Angleterre)
Entretien
I applied for this role at the end of November 2024 and first email with update I received on 1 February 2025. Shop is not open yet so I understand it takes time. But then between next email about interview past 11 days, then another week to have actual interview. I got an answer 2 weeks later, with 2nd stage in 10 days. I was waiting for a call with information if I got into a 3rd stage. After another 10 days I received email without any feedback(even that was promised on second interview stage) that I didn’t make it to a last stage. Interviews itself were good, second one was definitely more detailed. I understand it’s a process but 44 days is a lot for only 2 stage and no feedback at all.

Enjoyable, challenging, good idea of what role will entail and very smooth processes. It was a quick and seamless transition from one stage to the next. Everyone was very friendly and some questions were difficult but if you prepare, you’ll be fine.
