The initial communication was smooth and professional. However, after completing everything, the final response I received (which I had to follow up on myself) was just ‘KIV’ (keep in view) due to my notice period. Notice period is 2 months by the way.
This was frustrating. If notice period is a strict requirement, it should be made clear upfront. Instead, I went through interviews and an assessment which took real effort and time only to receive a vague status update. A clear yes or no would have been much more respectful to candidates, especially since we also have other commitments and opportunities.
