Proceso sencillo en el que hay una entrevista de RRHH, dinamica de grupo, entrevista con Gerente del área y puede que el Socio (dependiendo si son prácticas o contrato). Dan feedback bastante rápido

En total son dos entrevistas, una con un manager o director y otra con un socio, normalmente en el transcurso de 1 semana. Cada entrevista dura alrededor de 30min, te preguntan por cosas de tu perfil, logros academicos y aspiraciones

A typical consulting firm recruitment process consisting of four stages, each increasing in difficulty. The first stage is an HR screening, followed by a mathematical and reasoning test. Next is a group exercise with other candidates, and then an interview with a manager. The final stage is an interview with a director or partner.
