J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 3 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Man Group (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2017
Entretien
It was a multi stage interview process.
The process starts with a simple CV screening, afterwards there was a coding assignment that I could do within a week. After that there were multiple technical interviews. At the last stage I met with a few managers that I would normally work with, the CTO and the CEO.
Overall, I was quite pleased with the process, as it was a bit more friendly than the processes at places like Microsoft, Facebook or Google.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Implement a simple depth first search, a few Python questions, nothing too difficult.
Was a very standard interview process, asked to walk me through my resume and about specific research and experience with statistical tools. There were multiple people interviewing me at a time.
