I spoke with the recruiter from Lithuania who was impressed with my background then a week later spoke with the hiring manager who seems to be there to prove a point. The third interview was done with managers to check your experience working with clients and overall motivation for joining Mambu. The fourth and final interview stage was to conduct a presentation for the team. I was given several topics to choose.
