      1. HR screening 2. Manager screening 3. Case Study I wanted to share feedback about my CSM interview experience here to help future candidates set realistic expectations. During my interview, I received positive, constructive feedback and was explicitly told I would hear back by the end of the week as they had other candidates to interview. However, I received a rejection within 24 hours, which contradicted both the feedback and the stated timeline. I've read about other CSM candidates for this role and company here who reported nearly identical experiences—positive feedback followed by quick rejections despite being told to expect updates later. This pattern suggests either unclear internal communication about the role requirements or misaligned messaging with candidates, creating confusion about whether the positive comments were genuine. If you interview here, I'd recommend taking timelines and feedback with some caution. The disconnect between what's communicated during the interview and actual decisions is worth noting, and the process could benefit from more transparent communication about evaluation criteria and realistic timeline expectations.

      Interview process was 5 weeks long and demanded a very thorough mock onboarding, of which feedback was very minimal afterwards. The final C Level meeting was very disappointing and belittling. They made me feel like I was wasting their time. All responses to my questions were met with extremely fast & canned details. Questions asked of me were odd, not very relevant, and designed to clearly catch me off guard. It was not an opportunity to get to know me whatsoever which is how it was pitched. If I received an offer I would have passed.

      Screening interview followed by a case study. There is a good chance that this company is going through hiring process for roles like CSM over and over again as they like the free labor. They want an elaborate case study free of cost with no intention to hire. Could not provide any negative feedback to my case study but didn’t proceed me to the next round. Same thing happened to my friend as well. The role got reposted/ still open. Please be aware of their scam.
