I was told they would not hire me because I was laid off too many time even though I was laid off because the organizations I work for went out of business. Which happens all the time in transportation. I do not think this is indicative of the organization as a whole. The SW Regional Mgr did me a huge service by not offering me the job. Have fun with the turnover. Thank you

It was smooth and easy going. Be prepared to answer a lot of questions. They aren't looking for perfection just ambition. I went in for a role but they didn't it as a fit so they offered a different position.
