The hiring process is incredibly easy. A phone screen followed by a one-on-one meeting. There may be a group panel but I did not have to go through that step. The questions were standard interview questions ("Describe a time when...."). Discussed each part of my resume and how past experience would be used (I had research and analysis experience).

It was a great interview, filled with a lot of knowledge about the working of the company and the way it operates and generates revenue from its products of Performance and Compensation management
