I sent to Maiden by a recruiter who told me that this was a full-time position and a position which allowed some telecommuting. (I live upwards of an hour from their office in rush hour.) Maiden did not do a phone screen - I was told they do not do that. Instead, they had me fill out and submit an application and interview with them for the first time in the office. Part way through the interview, they told me that the job was for a temp-to-perm contractor and no telecommuting would be permitted for at least six months.
