I was referred through a friend who was an intern at the time. I received a email inviting to do a performance test on emails and documenting calls. the Test was pretty simple; you just document what you hear on the computer. after passing the test, I received another email to come in for an interview a week later. I was interviewed with one of the customer relations managers who was nice and also provided straight forward question. after the interview, I received another email within a few hours saying that i received the position.
