My friend asked me if I was interested in opened position, and I was asked to do the art test. I was asked to come to their office to talk to their CEO on the same day. However, the CEO's wife came to talk about non-work-related and personal stuff to me for 2 hours, which was unprofessional, uncomfortable, and totally wasting of my time. She also talked about bad things about the current employees.. I didn't get to talk to the CEO since he was too "busy". I was asked to come again the next day. I was wondering why they asked me to come to talk to their CEO all the way to UBC if he's unavailable. The second time I went to their office, I was not asked by any of the interview related question. They straight up asked me what was my expected salary. My friend was told to stay with them during the negotiation, which was weird. I was asked to start working "tomorrow" so I had to tell them my available start date. Overall, it was the weirdest interview process I've never had..
