3 rounds, 1st one screening, 2nd technical, and final one HR. The process is very simple. Company prefers to take people on reference. But, for freshers we prefer campus placement

Entretien
Had a good interview process and got selected. But HR approach is poor that I have to reject the offer. HR only got information about my salary expectation befor and after the interview process. but without having any discussion on the package details they rolled out the package which is much lower than what I have demand. Which made me to reject the offer provided.
Note to hr: please have a detailed discussion with candidate before rolling out the offer.
And if the package demanded by the candidate is high to your end let kindly reject the candidate at start itself and don't process the profile further. Orelse it would be a great disappointment and time waste for those candidates
