Very formal interviewing process, however, motivation for hiring me as an employee was not made. The interviewees were genuinely friendly and showed an interest in hiring me. Didn't know the formal qualifications of the interviewees and may have lesser qualifications than me.

The interview lasted for about 20 minutes. The questions were specific to the role and no additional chances were given to explain about the work done in previous company. The final recent was not conveyed even though a decision was made.

it was good, they have variety of question to judge the candidate based on technical skills, software skills ,management skills, an people skills. there were 2 rounds, one with HR and one with department manager.
