Entretien
Interview is a very Stringent process at Magicrete
1. You need to clear the IQ test (Which is very easy only 15 questions to answers a logical person won't take more than 12 minutes )
2. 1st rouund of interview is a cake walk
2. 2nd Round of Interview is very tough and bit long , if they are interested in you the interview will last atleast 1 hour and might go upto 3 hours for senior positions
3. psychometric Test is also their before releasing the offer letter
4. HR process is not that smooth and candidate might have to wait a bit before their turn comes
5. Overall even if you are not selected a must have experience as you will get a deep introspect of where actually an individual is lacking
