- Was contacted to schedule a virtual interview
- Scheduled as per their availability and received confirmation (at least a week and half in advance).
Day of interview I received an email saying there was an error and their "system did not capture the winter holiday" so I would need to resubmit my availability for the interview.
After resubmitting my availability I waited a week to reach out again asking for clarification. I was ghosted completely by the People team at MagicLeap. I'm surprised they treat candidates like this.

Entretien
Three phone interviews, then you are invited on site. Right before the on-site I was told the position was frozen, but saw it posted at a lower level a month later. Company was having major issues in moving from a start up r&d environment to a successful commercial operation. They were honest about it though.
