After we arranged an interview they changed their words and asked me to do a task first.
The company is a very small office and most of their chairs are broken and dirty.
The interview was just about one question that could be done in a phone call instead.

I think it was good if it was online. I like the respectful manager way. he gives me a chance to talk about my work experience in an easy way. he was a good listner.
