Be ready to adjust your expectations if you have never been interviewed by a traditional Japanese company. Uptight and formal as a default. Don't expect to have an open discussion as equals - about salary, office atmosphere, work hours, etc. Not sure if they'd get best applicants around here if they keep interviewing like this.
