They reached out to me to schedule an interview. It was confirmed. 2 days later they changed the date. Today was the phone interview. 45 minutes late I figured something was wrong, I sent an email asking if they were still available. I got a response back that said upon further review we have decided that your skillset is not what we are looking for. Glad I took the afternoon off to be prepared for a company that clearly does not value a persons time

Had a call with a hr after applying very easy and sounds like a great company. I unfortunately never heard back from the hiring manager as to whether they moving forward with me or not .

The interview process is very thorough! The company’s very friendly and supportive recruiter scheduled a phone interview to determine if I was qualified and a good fit for the company. I was given an overview of the position and benefits. The interview process was also explained during the initial conversation. As the interview process progressed I was asked to describe my experience with each person and I was given helpful feedback. I interviewed with 7 people total. One part of the process is a Practical Color and Blowout skills Interview. The last 2 were with the COO and CEO of the company who are inspirational to converse with. Everyone was personable, kind and very interested to get to know who I am. This was the smoothest process I have ever experienced and it created excitement to begin this new journey!
