They called me in for an interview and was flexible with my schedule. In store, I first met with one of the managers who also did HR and then the Store Director. HR asked more questions about my resume, experiences and what I knew about Madewell. Store Director mostly confirmed information and explained responsibilities for the position. Overall it went by pretty quick and was relatively painless.
