The recruitment process involved four stages: CV screening, phone interview, psychometric testing, and final interviews. The entire process was structured and took approximately three weeks to complete successfully. The Interview was not long and not stressful at all, learn a lot from them too.

There is an initial first round interview and then a psychometric assessment. If they are happy with the results then there is a second round of interview. Before receiving an offer, there are background checks and also need to provide two references from direct reports within the past 10 years.

1 round computer, 2 rounds in person. Both technical and practical skills and questions. Not easy but good process. They were very kind and professional, would recommend. Skills test was difficult but that’s what you expect
Psychometric test was quite hard however the interview stage was very smooth. Asked very standard questions to your role and your past experience. My interviewer asked me a trick question at the end, which was demonstrate me a skill in 1 minute
