I applied through staffing agency and I had my first round which was psychometric test which basically tests your aptitude skills and after that they scheduled a technical round. After that the recruiter contacted me and said that they are interested for my candidature and they will be rolling out an offer letter by next week and asked me to submit my documents for documentation check and also asked for reference check. But when I contacted the recruiter she said the position has been put on hold and I will be notified when it revives. This is the first time I have encountered a company which have such a pathetic hiring process and given by their reviews they do it regularly so anyone who are applying please don't do it.
